If it's the hazard warning flasher/relay, then autozone have them for $12.99.

I didn't even think to just get a new relay from Auto Zone or Radio Shack... that would probably be your cheapest and best option to try first.

Brake pads: I like Akebono, they stop well and dont dust at all.

They are also very easy on the rotors which means you can get multiple sets of pads out of one set of rotors
