I'm looking to buy an 05 A6 with 19,800 miles on it. How much of the warranty should be left on it? The seller said it came with a 4 year 50,000 mile warranty? Is that right? He was a little hard to understand.

05 came with 4 year/50,000, whichever happens first. In your case it is basically a 4 year warranty because you are going to hit that first.
