it is pretty self explanatory. it does not require a whole page no shifting.
As of using it sparingly, itis BS!!! I use it daily driving easy or more likely during spirited driving and in the twisties where i can better control the shifting and leverage engine braking. Do the 01032 recode and you'll enjoy it more. It aso gets rid of the 1-2 auto shift.
