What I posted to you had nothing to do with your financial situation it had to do with your attitude, I repeat it was about YOUR ATTITUDE. For all I know you could buy 10 Audi’s and afford to maintain them without thinking twice about it. I do know you reached jerk level pretty quickly and your excuse was the possibility of losing $250. So to repeat what I posted…..

“If $250 causes you so much stress that you have to be such a jerk perhaps an Audi isn't the car for you”

With an Audi you’ll probably drop $250 pretty regularly because they aren’t known to be a maintenance free car. When they’re running right there are very few cars that drive better but it costs a good bit of money to keep em running right. Again if $250 gets your stress up so bad maybe an Audi isn’t for you because you’ll be really stressed at some point.

I do have one question about something you said, I hope you will enlighten me with an answer. Exactly where did I “brag” about how much money I have? I really do want to know where or is that something you made up in your head. Did I really brag somewhere about how much money I have. If I did such a thing please show me where I can find that post. Thanks in advance on that.

As for you saying I “have no idea what it is to go through a hard time” well you’re wrong. I know oh to well what it’s like to go through hard times. Like you I’ve buried a father, I’ve also buried a daughter and I have to say though I loved my dad burying my daughter was a bit harder time. I also went through a bit of a messy divorce that cost me $25,000 in legal fees (had to pay hers as well as mine). The good thing is that the divorce finally settled and I only have to pay her $2200 a month ON TOP of the child support payment. By the way the $2200 is alimony so it doesn’t stop unless she remarries. If these aren’t hard time then Jesus lord help me if hard times come my way. Oh I almost forgot, like you I also grew up lower middle class and just like you I worked my *** off to get somewhere in life.

And before I forget to answer a question you posed to me, let me do that now. Who they **** am I? Well to answer… I’m the guy who made a keen and witty observation that this guy, though it might not be his direct intention, has a pretty ingenious scam going on where he’s getting short term loans free of charge. That would make you the guy running the title loan shop but only you’re not getting a title or any interest payment. How’s that working for you?

Nah… I’m just kidding with you. I’m really just a normal guy with a beautiful ‘sweet as kittens’ girlfriend, a guy who owns the biggest PIECE OF **** Audi A6 you’ve probably ever heard of. I guess it’s a good thing I walk to most places I go.

I hope the weather is nice in NJ today, I hope you get your $250 back, and I hope your Audi runs for 200,000 maintenance free miles.

Im sorry to all of you that lost money. But, I like this guy

Look hear... If you lost 250, you would be pissed. If you willingly spend 250 on your car, thats not a big deal. Anytime money is stolen, its a big deal, even if its 5 bucks! If you really think that having $250 taken from you against your will isnt a big deal, then you are truly stupid, and completely irresponsible. Stop wasting peoples time by updating this thread with useless info. Thanks, and good day!

Edited ^

And I have spoken with HCAudi on multiple topics, I never knew his situation with family an what not. I had no reason too, that fact makes him seem even more responsible than I had originally thought. Lets just say this... If I had $250 stolen from me, Id be looking for blood. If I had to put $250 into my car, or even $2500 into my car(which I am), Id do it with out any quams.
Nuff said.

Guys,

Thanks for all your feedback. Nice to get some moral support and all, especially the offers to go and collect. I still have nothing from this guy, so it is time to sue. I will use the small claims court process and report him to the police department in his home town.

Just in case any of you have been robbed by this guy, here's some information you might find useful:

Name: James (Jamie) Schneider
Address: 892 Security Dr, Apt I-105, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 (This is right behind the big mall)
Phone: (920) 312-1972

If you want to date him, try here: http://www.realjock.com/afstud6900/

He is on Facebook here and feel free to alert his friends that he is a thief: http://www.facebook.com/s.php?init=q...42e6257ebacfff

He works at the Best Buy in Plover, WI.

email: popjamierock@hotmail.com audiboi6900@gmail.com

I'm sure he would appreciate people calling to remind him to give back the money he has stolen, or better yet, showing up on his doorstep to collect saving him the hassle of going to the Post Office.

It's a pain to have to actually go to Fond du Lac to sue, but luckily I go to Oshkosh regularly for my job so I will arrange a visit/court appearance.

He has done absolutely nothing except BS about sending us checks. It looks like he is going to have a longer rap sheet by the time this is all said and done, because the PayPal account that he used was in his friend's name without his friend's knowledge. I think that is called identity theft and is really frowned upon these days.

I cant believe you guys actually believe him when he said the check is in the mail. He already spend the money on something stupid, I would not count on seeing a dime from him.
