update: as of now he is going to send me a check for the full amount. I told him if there is any problem at all with the check im going straight to the police. im not even going to bother with small claims and will have him criminally charged. he admitted to me in an email that he did not send the stereo, even though he told me he did. the dumbass is incriminating himself. all i have to do is send emails to the judge n he goes away. i gave him a deadline of 5 pm today to send out the check express mail and to give me a tracking number with delivery confirmation or i contact the authorities. im not playing around anymore.

Let's see if this is another lie or if it has woken up to the reality that crime doesn't pay. Oh, and I will be requesting a money order since if he actually intends to give my money back, this will be quite acceptable. I might even be nice and let him pay back only $545 just for his trouble of going to the PO and getting a MO. At least it will be done.

If I were him of course I would have actually shipped the wheels and would be hounding the **** out of FedEx to find out what happened. :-)

Both you and hcaudikeed should call him again after the deadline (5-6pm?) and/or after the latest delivery hour for UPS/USPS/FedEx. If he didn't send the money (with confirmation), or if you (loach) still didn't receive the wheels, it should definitely be the last straw.
Throw his **** in the police/justice's hands. There's no lesson to be learned...he knew exactly what he's doing...

 

This gives me a great idea of how to get a no fee interest free short term loan, better than those 'title loan' or 'cash until you get your check' places for sure.

Advertise something here, find buyer and make them send payment, string the buyer along for a week then ignore them for a couple weeks, and then agree to send them their money.

Exactly what they sent me, so I get a 1 month loan interest free!!!
