Last weekend, I acquired my first Audi... I am very new at the whole luxury/sports thing... my car didnt come with a manual... and i havnt had time to find one. To me, its 5 days old.

My first questions are what is this? and what does/did it do?

I've been screwed -- The guy I bought my Avant from told me that it had every option ever available. I found balloons and panties under the front seat, a few quarters under the back seat, a ski condom, and what looked like oregano in the way back, but I didn't see the red X's.
