Default Ipod, Itouch adapter? Need suggestions

Hey all,

Im thinking about picking up an Itouch and was looking for an adapter for my A6 before I made my decision.

I have a 2004 A6 with the Bose stero system and cant seem to find one that confirms that it will work with this setup. Im assuming that the only thing changed by having the Bose system is the speakers and wouldnt have anything to do with the connections.

But anyways, anyone have any suggestions for which adapter to buy?

Thanks in advance!

Hello

I have an original ipod kit, installed at my dealer, and had several issues with its installation. Since i have an Audi Symphony (that with in-dash 6cd box, radio and tape), the dealer itself proposed that i installed a Blaupunkt ipod integration kit (for about €80) but it didn't work with my unit (it's a panasonic radio). I think in your case, you need the original audi ipod integration. It works like a charm, but sometimes crashes (dunno if this is caused by my 3G ipod - it had a damaged battery). Great sound quality and steering wheel controls

I can tell you that i tried to connect an iphone and it worked, although in the iphone screen said something about an unsupported accessory. But everything worked well, and since the itouch is an iphone without cellphone :P it will also work well.

The sound quality is worth for the money invested (for about €130 here in Portugal), so if you're a music fan go for it.
