hi there. we have a '96 a6 wagon, 33k miles, (we have had it for about 5 months)
today my wife was unable to get the key from the ignition...car is in park, and turned off...key will not budge.
anyone have any thoughts?
many thanks in advance...we do not have a garage, so the sooner the better!!!

 

hope you've gotten it out by now, but if not try turning the steering wheel (left or right) while taking the key out.
