Let's hear about it! How many miles on your A6?

Default 330,041 Miles and still running strong

2000 A6 2.7T running strong as a daily driver, but, it needed a new radiator, control arms, and brakes for $2,000 +/- so it was time to trade her in for a new car. But, new cars cost big bucks, and I found a 2001 A6 2.7 5 speed with 93K on her - so after 330,000 reliable miles - what would you do? Buy a new Audi for $50,000 or a 2001 Audi for $5,000? Yes, I am very much enjoying my new old car

$2,000 is way too much. You can pick up great pads at Advance Auto and decent rotors also. An aftermarket radiator is not all that expensive and is a do it yourself job.
This bill should be closer to $1,000 including the control arms.

Default 216k

My 1999 A6 Quattro now has 216,000 miles and runs great! I need to replace a valve cover gasket because I'm getting a little oil drip onto the exhaust manifold in cooler weather months, but still starts right up and runs smooth as ever.

Default 1995 2.8 A6 Manual

241,000 thinking 300,000 no problem. Even after teaching both my kids to drive the clutch is still going strong too.
