I have a '99 Audi A6....and about a few months ago I started getting the faulty brake light indicator with a beeping noise. I also noticed when I drive at night my brake lights stay on?? Any idea what the problem could be? I'm so confused!

 

Bad switch -- you need to get it changed.

So I changed the switch and its still doing it? Is there anything I need to do to reset the system? Also the Inspection light is still flashing after I got a tune up a few months ago....is there a way to reset that? Any more help would be much appreciated!

What do you mean by inspection light flashing? If it is the CEL you need tostop driving other wise you could do damage.
