My Mazda Millenia needs a new transmission and I'm looking to buy a new one instead of putting more money into it.
I've found a couple of A6s (1998 - 1999) that I'm interested in. however, there are a couple of things I need to know.
is it possible to do maintenance on it? My Millenia required me to bring it into the dealer to the the spark plugs changed.
$500!!!!! It has a stock supercharger and getting to the plugs is very tedious to say the least.

So, what are some known issues on the A6? Are parts that expensive?

I'm from Philadelphia and I'm looking to spend no more than $13,000.
I found a 1998 for $10,000 w/ 98,000 miles.

 

I'm from Michigan, and would sell you my A6 for 7k.

 

I've got this one that's close to your price range. It's lived it's entire life in the southeast, so no winter corrosion. Sorry Michigan people!
