I'm a newbie here - always BMW's but now trying my first Audi - A6, 2.8. Love the car so far this first week, but..... The drivers side low beam bulb was blown when I bought the car. Put in new low beam Silver Stars (H1's). Drivers side lasted a day. Put in another, lasted a day. This could get expensive !

Any thoughts, clues, helpful things to check ? I'm guessing a short somewhere, but don't know if this is a common A6 problem or where to start checking.
By the way, great forum / board and I'm looking forward to being part of the Audi clan.
