Major oil leak from head area. Shop says I need to change cam area oil flutes (part no. 077 109 371/372 CD, axle _ F >> 4D-X-009 000).

I cant find anyone selling these parts, nor any reference to similar problem which makes me suspect the diagnosis.

Any advice

 

It looks like you need the 20 and 21's, oil spray bars? Called pivot pin in this illustration, but they do look like flutes! I don't have any sales history on either of them and it does seem a strange part to need. Are yours broken or plugged? You'd also need the seal rings 32 33 on the end. Old # ended in a C, they end in D now.
