RE: MAKE MY 01 2.7t LOOK NEWER
For me personally I think the A6 looks just right in the front. In the rear, maybe blacked out taillights, and a small lip is all that is required to finish it off (http://www.lltek.com/a6_4b_c5_prefaclft_indx.htm). from the side, some nice rims, and your done. The A6 is more of a luxury vehicle and doesn't need to be riced out, it comes sexy stock.
If your really intrested you can change the nose to look more like the newer generations, there are also a few front fenders here and there (ie: http://www.lltek.com/a6_4b_prefaclft_aero.htm)

RE: MAKE MY 01 2.7t LOOK NEWER
someone on Audi World recently did a conversion from a C5 front end to a C6 front end. It was in the body shop over a month, close to two months IIRC, he wouldn't tell the price, but conservative estimates were $6,000. There are some companies that make body kits for the A6. Couple of things that set it off, and give it a different look: S6 Door blades, Euro front bumper, RS6 side skirts, or a body kist. The body kits are about $1,500 plus paint. If you buy from LLtek, do not have them paint the parts, have them painted yourself to get a better color match.

Even if these do fit I would not recommend it, as it looks like the air inlet for the intercoolers are even more restricted than the stock ones. IMHO.
As for a new nose... If you have some extra $$ laying around... http://www.hofele.com/design/en/Audi...udi_a6_4b.html
