The ECM is in the plenum where the battery is. I looked in Alldata and there is no clear info on how to pull the plugs to it, but they probably have a lever assembly due to the large number of pins in the plugs. I would look at the harness from there to the misfiring plugs first though, it may have been damaged during the timing belt replacement when the valve cover had to be removed and replaced.
