Anyone use the NAPA gold 1355 oil filter. I couldn't get it to thread with the washer on. Any other filter recommended so I don't have to travel to the dealership everytime?

 

1355 is the one I have and they seem to work fine. Are you sure the old washer from the previous filter wasn't still stuck on the threads? The NAPA filters (Wix) are a high quality product....they have been known to fit and are just as good if not better than the Audi filters, so if you have a bad filter it is the first I have ever heard of it happening.

 

I just changed my oil around a week ago and used a NAPA premium filter. I can't remember what number it was but it fit fine. I mean unless they gave you the wrong one by accident or something.
