Default need help identifying a component

Hi...I'm new here and just have a quick question.

Recently purchased a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro.

I noticed something clicking heavily and realized it was a relay under the dash. I tracked it down under the hood to a silver cylinder beside the power steering reservoir (under the black cover).

Does anybody know what this is and if its normal to be clicking on and off. It clicks on and off for about 5 minutes after I start up and usually under acceleration and usually doesnt under braking.

Thanks for your time and help!

Take a picture of it or write down maybe what the silver thing says on it.

Ok I have narrowed it down to relay 373. Anybody know what this does or if it is normal to continually click on and off?

Does anyone know what the silver cylinder is to the passenger side of the power steering reservoir is? It is located under the power steering black cover and clicks on and off during startups.

Thank you.
