I need someones assistance with figuring out if a set of 2012 S5 wheels will fit on my car with some hub riings or spacers..

I have a 2009 A6 Prestige Quattro and I believe I am running the following:

Rim Width:8 or 8.5
Aspect Ratio:
Offset: 42
Rim Diameter: 18
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Hub Bore/ Center Bore: 57.1
Tires are 245/40/18

What I want to put on is:
2012 S5 Rims
Rim Width: 9
Aspect Ratio: 35
Offset: 33
Rim Diameter: 19
Number of Bolts: 5
Load Index: 97
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Speed Index: Z
Hub Bore: 66.5
Rim Spec: 9,0JX19H2 ET33
Tire Spec: Dunlop Sport Maxx GT 255/35/ZR19

I am just starting out on figuring out what I can do for the fitment so any help understanding what I would need would ceratinly be appreciated.
