Unhappy New a6 owner need help!

Hey guys, I bought my 2000 a6 2.7t about 3 months ago.

After having it for about a month it started to pull hard to the right when I would brake, then slam and release. Found one of the little knuckle things for the abs was crunched and was touching all the time, which my cv axle was torn and spraying grease causing the front right to smoke. That is all just the history, I have a problem that is messing with me now that I need help finding out why it is doing it. I just had the work done on the abs knuckle and cv axle, but didn't drive it more than 50 miles. Left on a mini vacation for 2 days. When I got back I went to jump into my car and then I noticed I didn't have any cluster lights. Headlights worked, center lights worked, car started...I had the seatbelt warning light on since I wasn't yet buckled. Then I saw my gauges, the battery gauge was all the way to the left, I think that is 8, but all of my other gauges would fluctuate (come on where they should be, then a few seconds later drop dead). I drove it around my cul-de-sac and when they were on the gauges were where they should be. The gauges would come on, about 10 seconds later the ABS and (I think) EPS lights would come on ( ! with an arrow going around it), and about 10 seconds later they gauges would drop dead. I just came back today, about 3 days later and it wont start, turn over or anything. Straight up dead battery. Anyone have any ideas? If you need any more info from me just ask
Thanks in advance for any help!
Cameron
