I have a 2000 2.8 avant and the CEL recently came on. I took it to Autozone to get the codes but was unable to get them - the scanner came back with LINK ERROR. I went to O'Reillys but got the same result. The car seems to be running fine otherwise. There is an issue with the stock radio where it's not getting power. I checked the fuse in the side panel but it's ok. I read there's another fuse on the back of the radio but I'm waiting on my radio keys to be delivered to check that one. Any ideas on why I can't scan?

I read about the K-wire issue and tried taking out the radio fuse and rescanning with no luck. Someone has to have an idea of what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
