Default Odd HID aiming issue..

Started up my car tonight, lights were fine. Drove 2 blocks and suddenly noticed drivers side was aimed very low at the ground. Tried turning them off & on hoping the auto-level would kick it back. Had to leave them off for like 10 sec, then turned back on & they seemed ok again. Then started driving and after a bit I noticed the drivers one low again... What gives? Same adjustment process I read in the searches? With the gear screw?

I searched a bit & found some have an issue with theirs aiming too low, but it seems theirs are always too low. Mine change after driving a bit...

Mine are still ok again. It was just that one night. Have only had the car 6 days, and all nights besides that one I was ok... Weird..

The headlights are pre-set, you have to use a scan tool when adjusting them to basically "teach" the adjusting motor where the lights should be aimed, if you don't the lights will go back to where they were previously set after cycling the key. The dealer is the only place where they can be done, i don't know if the VAG COM can do it or not.
