Default Oil Leak

A few weeks ago, I had a Waterpump replaced in my 98' Audi A6. I was not leaking Oil before, but I am now. They are telling me that it is a seal that broke. Is anyone familiar with this problem, and how easy is it to fix?

Its a pretty common problem. Its probably not a good first job for a novice as the timing belt must come off and if put back on inproperly severe engine damage could occur. Thats not to say its out of the hands of a diy, but there are a couple special tools involved.
