Exclamation Opinion On buying a 2004 2.7T

So I’ve been looking at buying this 2004 Audi A6 2.7T S-line and the guy has done a lot of things to it but he says it needs a new starter..... I know you have the take off the whole front bumper to access it but is it worth it? It only has 156,000 miles. Also how’s the reliability with these kind of cars and their turbos?

I have a 2000 A-6 2.7 T and love it but it has 196,000 miles on it and I just learned that I need both turbos replaced.
Audi said it is a minimum of 28 hours labor not counting parts so it will be expensive.
I also learned the hard way over the years that many repairs on this vehicle require removing the entire front end of the car.
Mine has been removed 3 times already for water pump, timing belt, cam seals etc.
Great car but a little expensive to own but goes like hell on the highway.
