opinion on high milage a6 and a4
i'm looking to buy a audi, but i've heard a lot of stuff about them not being reliable, and then after breaking down alot, they have high mantinence costs.
so, is a 1996 audi a6 2.8 quattro with 180000 miles on it for $2,250 a good buy, or will it probably die soon and be a waste of money.
then i'm also looking at a 1998 audi a4 2.8 quattro with 140000 miles on it for $3,350, but that one says it has a chipped tooth on the first gear.
are either of those good? or would it not be a good idea to buy one
