You know the circle 4 way button on the power seats driver and passenger. Well on the driver side it can put more pressue on the lower back if you want to set it that way. On the passsenger side it seems it will not work. Anyone have this issue? Is this feature enabled on the passenger side chair? i have a 2003 3.0 quattro a6

 

Sounds like you have a problem (broken switch, connection, lumbar motor, etc.) -- that button should operate in the same manner as the driver.
