Question Please Help!! 2006 A6 Battery keeps draining while driving and has to be jumpstarted

I have a 2006 Audi A6 3.2 with 115,000 miles on it. I went to start the car last week and it crank slowly but started. About 5 minutes on the freeway and I noticed it was starting to charge the battery up, at about 10 minutes it started draining again(looking at the battery level on the MMI display). When I stopped at a light it started shitting down the cars systems due to the battery getting so low. I got it home and thought my battery was bad, so I replaced it with a Duralast Gold brand new battery. Right after replacing the battery I had a issue strarting the car, the brake switch wasn't working but after messing with it I got it to start and then had to leave for the weekend. When I went to drive it again yesterday, it did the same thing charged up to about 70% and then started discharging when I was off the freeway and in town. It only took a few minutes to get all the way down to nothing and not start again. I got a jumpstart from AAA and it started charging again this time to 100% and I drove for about 30 minutes no issues but then again it drained and died. What is going on, is it my alternator intermittently going out?

Did you code the new battery when you replaced it?

I did not code the battery, first of all how do I do that on my model. And also could that really cause. Battery to completely drain in minutes while the car is running?

Thanks!
