Power Steering Issues
I have a 2001 Allroad with some power steering issues. I have no power assist unless the engine is revving higher than just idle. I get assist around 3k RPM.
Thoughts, is this a power steering issue or a rack issue? Also, checked fluids and they are fine.
Please help!!!!
