Arrow Power Steering Whine

My power steering whines pretty loud when it gets close to lock on either side. It was a little low and pretty dark brown so I drained the reservoir and filled it with new fluid., ran it and turned the wheels till it mixed well then repeated two more times. I will keep trying this until it all looks new but it hasn't made any difference as of yet. Is there anything else that could be causing the noise?

When you are turning the wheel, you do have the power steering resivior cap off right?

You would be trapping air in the system. Air is what causes the whine.

Oh, ok. If there was air in ym system already, what would be the best way to bleed it?

Just leaving the cap off, and turning the wheel lock to lock until all the bubbles in the resivior go away pretty much.

It seems to only happen when I turn to the right now. I will keep doing what ive been doing, Ive also read that the noise can be caused by a belt proble. Any truth to this?
