PROBLEM SOLVED:Sputtering/misfire
This post is to remind everyone to let us all know if you've solved your problem(s). The thread below helped me tremendously. Thanks especially to jwalters103

The solution for me was replacing one ignition control module (ICM). I spent a lot of money at a worthless mechanic. Then, I almost bought all new coil packs and spark plugs. I decided to try the ICM first. PTL I purchased the ICM at ecstuning.com/
The problems were not only did I have misfires at idle but when cruising on the highway I was getting a strange vibration/shudder in the car that comes on at about 2000rpms and then is gone by 2200 or so.
