Default Programming Home Link?

Can anyone tell me how I program the garage door opener in the visor? It was really easy on my last car. You just held down the button on the visor that you wanted to program and the button on the opener and it would program. Is this the same with the Audi as well? I guess I could try but thought I would ask to be safe. I don't have the manual.

Works just like that. Your also supposed to erase all the buttons before programming. This is done by pressing buttons 1 and 3. Hold them untill the light either flashes slowly or stays solid (It flashes rapidly at first). If your garage door is equiped with "rolling code", you will have to put the garage door opener in "trainning mode".

the procedure for programming your homelink is in the manual step by step. Basically you just need your remote opener and ur car in or in front of the garage and you should be programmed in 2minutes. Good Luck
