Questions on Axles

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew if the axles on a 2000 A6 2.7T w/auto would fit a 2000 A6 4.2 assembly?

The part numbers are differrent and, since the 4.2 is wider than the 2.7, logically they would not fit. YRMD.
