sounds fairly simple. tahoehtp, you'll have to let us know the outcome of you endevors, whether they're successful or not. could potentially save a lot of people on here a lot of money. not to mention if all that's involved is some reglueing, i'd much rather do that than have to pay to replace the entire cluster.

 

I did took mine a part few times, it was easy to put small rubber stripe on both side so that kcd is press against the casing more firm. which helped to have few of missing pixle lines came back alive, but I see that I do need to reglue mine, so I'm lookn for the shop who can do it.
