I worked late today (dark when I got home) and saw a vacuum line dangling down from the front right (driver side) of the car almost directly under the headlight it seemed. Its about 2 feet long. It was literally stuck/wedged between the under pan plastic cover and the front bumper on the drivers side.

I couldn't find where it could go but it was dark outside and I only had my cell phone flash light.

Anyone have any ideas?

Headlamp washer fluid hose? There's not a whole lot of mission critical things down that way on our cars that meet the description that you gave. My guess would be it's the headlamp washer fluid hose. You'd notice a vacuum leak pretty quickly.
