Radio question
Is it possible, if I have the Concert radio to put in a Symphony one? I know mine is Single Din and the other one is Double Din, but what would be required for me to do this? I am asking this becuase I want to install a Navigation system.
if you have a single din radio you need to replace both the radio cage and possibly the heater control, the radio cages sell for about £150 plus the heater control,
the heater control stays in the same position but i beliveve the replacement is smaller.
you can find these parts on VAG parts, or on ebay - if you search on the german site they seem to have more - ebay.de search for 'doppel din a6' it brings them up!

there seems to be a few products on ebay.de, matt_o121 can these parts be purchased directly from audi? i also have a single din concert radio wanting to upgrade to the nav plus, however my interior is brown.
if i could get it from audi that would be great.
Cheers

you will be able to buy from a dealer, however i am sure the price will be a shock!
the part on vagparts is £156.
the interior coulour will not matter, because the radio cage is not a visable part of the dashboard!
have a look at ebay.de item :220049313779
this is the frame for the radio, the other trim panels attach to this.
i did some research in to fitting the nav myself but was put off by the price of the bits needed before you could fit it!
