I need to replace a speaker grill on my rear door before I turn in my 2004 A6 on the lease. How do I remove the door panel? How can I find the part? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might be SOL. The speaker grill is part of the door panel itself, and you would have to replace the entire door panel. At that point you might want to check some of the used online Audi parts dealers like shokan or dad's dismantling.
