Default Relay Behind Shifter Unit? Car Won't Start 2004 Audi A6

I have been having a problem with my 2004 Audi A6 CVT starting after driving for about 30 minutes for a few months now. So far I have changed the ignition switch, the starter relay and the starter and it still has the same problem. It has something to do with the clicking I am hearing from under the shifter I believe. Does anyone know what the click is? When I step on the brake I hear the click and the red foot on brake light goes off. After driving for about 30 minutes this light will not come on and there is no clicking. When I try to start my car it goes straight to battery.

Someone also suggested that it could be the park neutral position relay but I can not locate this. If anyone knows where it is please let me know.
