Does anyone know how to remove the (plastic) panel between the windows on the front and rear doors? also the little trianglular bit by the rear window, its a 98Quattro

 

Both should just clip in place with metal clips. Kinda crappy design as far as removeal is concerned. They were designed to go in and stay in the life of the vehicle without rattling. To pull them off itll feel like your going to break it. And in some cases you will. Best bet is to pull the edges as far as you can and stick a long screwdriver in to pry out the clips. Itll help to have a second persone to hold a flashlight so you can see what your doing.
