Hi,

I got into my car this morning to go to work only to find out that my good lady had broke the latch on my glovebox. Did she tell me last night NO! did she wait for me to get in the car this morning to find out YES!

It has become loose on the left hand side of the latch, looks to me like something might be broken ?!?

I have contacted my local Audi dealer and ordered a new glove box latch, but to save myself £120 in fitting charges (thats right fitting, not parts the part was £42.00) is there anyone out there that can point me in the direction of a DIY guide or give me some pointers in replacing the latch myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
