Default replace xm with sirius?

I apologize if this question has already been posted. I searched the forum and did not find an answer. I have a 2004 A6 2.7t s-type with the in-dash 6 disk changer. Currently it is set to use the XM receiver in the drivers side compartment in the trunk with the SAT button on the radio. Is it possible to put a Sirius receiver in the same place? If so does anyone know what the part number for the Sirius unit it? I have a Sirius FM unit but in my area there are no “free” channels to use for it and the quality lacks. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, I would think it possible. You just need to locate a Sirius receiver that is compatible with the 2004 model. You might try searching through here: http://sonolithics.com/files/a6_links.html#audio
