Default Reseting indicator at center of guage console

My brake worn light and Rear Brake Light indicators are going off. I have the breaks to swap out and I have swapped out the burnt brake light.

How can I reset it so that it no longer shows the the brake light needs replacing?

well it should go away when you replace the pads, did you make sure to get the brake pads with a sensor in them and make sure to hook up the sensor?

No, I have not installed the front bads to zero out the warn pad indicator.

I have replaced the burnt out brake light, however, the "Brake Light" indicator still flashes.

(Yes, I've made sure all tail lights are working and that it's not indicating another bulb is burnt out)

Brake light as it says "Brake Light"

As for the bulb...I see this as a loaded question, but I'll bite.

The bulb I replaced it with has the dual contacts at the base and fixed my problem of not having a right side brake light.

I believe the light out sensor measures resistance. The wrong bulb might activate it or you might have more than one light out.
