Hi everyone! i need a little advice, my airbag light came on a few weeks ago and then my screen where the display for millage has a corner that is not working or displaying the numbers anymore. So i am looking to fix my airbag light and need advice on what cable to get for my 05 a6. i know it has to be a CANBUS cable but i was wondering if anyone with my car has a cable that works and if so where they got it. I bought a cable on ebay and it didnt do anything. Also if i decide to replace my cluster how would i match the miles would it do it by itself? or could i use a tool? any advice would help, however the airbag light and cable info is the most important.

The display does not record the mileage your ECU does so it will automaticaly display the correct mileage.

Aitrbag light could be the sensor in the seat has gone bad. Hear that alot.
