Default short to ground codes

Hello..
recently installed new battery and had it coded by local indy shop.
Mechanic handed me a printout from his vcds scan..car will start up and run great one day and other days it sounds like it's goin to shake itself to death...I have checked all the fuses under windshield cowl on drivers side. Can't seem to pull the two 614 relays out too check them..
is there a trick or are they just stuck?
The codes are as follows:
P1573, P2401, P0031, P0051, P1117, P1121, P1067, P 200 and PA 295
All are short to ground codes except p 157 which is open circuit.
I hope someone has some kind of idea..could these be codes that are stored in the ecu ???
Thanks in advance for your time
