I see that the trim pieces you used were the emerald green color of my car and you mentioned you found them on Ebay -recently I assume?
I ask because I need some pieces this color for my driver's door and Right rear body for my 1997 A6
any chance you have the link to the place you found your trim pieces? Maybe he has what I need

All done: yesterday did the driver side, today the passenger side - bit more complicated as the charcoal canister is right behind the trim holes.
