Slow to start from a stop going uphill
I have a 2002 A6 2.7t with 115k miles on it. I live in Tacoma, WA and there are a lot of hills in downtown Tacoma and Seattle where I drive a lot in.
When I get stopped at a light going uphill and have to sit and wait for a few minutes, the car feels like it has about 10-20% power until the car levels out or 10 seconds or so of moving uphill again. What would cause this to happen? Bad fuel pump, fuel filter, what? I am not a mecahnic by any means, but I do like to understand what is going on.
Please help. Thanks!
