Default spare tire bigger diameter , will it harm quattro?

go a flat tire, changed it with the spare...though i saw that the spare has a 55 sideway compared to the rest of my tires that have a 45. ids this going to harm my quattro can i drive on it until my new set of tires come on wed.

You can drive it just fine, in the long run (lets say about a year) it would cause a symptom known as drive line wind up, which is very bad. A few weeks you should be ok.

I agree you can drive it just fine. It will not cause driveline windup no matter how long you drive it as you have open diffs front and rear. Come winter, it COULD cause your stability control to get confused, but that is what the OFF button is for.

I would not drive like that unless is an emergency.
Too many expensive components involved.
BTW - what is the model of your car?
