Default Spark Plug Change & Tranny Fluid Type

How difficult is it to replace the spark plugs on a 2000 A6 2.8L? And could someone describe how to do it. Also what type of tranny fluid should I use when changing it in an automatic transmission (I understand that it would have to be pumped in)? Thanks for the help in advance.

The plugs are easy
I think I took off the engine covers, the intake and took the bolts off the rad resivor and moved it out of the way to get to the rear plug.
Real simple job, just a slight pain on two of the plugs, just need to move a few things out og the way
