Default Spark Plug Wire HELP!

I have a 99 Audi A6 Avant and want to change my spark splugs. However, I have twisted, pulled, rocked, etc. the wires to a point where I believe if I try any harder ... I will destoy the boot/wires.

I have never encountered this before on any car I have ever had. For those who have had this problem, what has been the solution?

Thanks in advance!

if they are coils you should be able to just pull straight up after unbolting them

Default Tools

They are the wires ... not the coils. After posting, i did find a number of tools designed to help pull. But, it was unclear as to which tool was the best for these wires. I might go pick up a large angled needle nose like it shows in the video you posted.

thanks!
