The front looks normal. I have never heard of a 4.2 coming without the sport package. It was standard in 2000-2003. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The premium, cold weather/warm weather and luxury packages were options. It lloks like the rear suspension ahs been modified for load. Get underneath there and take some pictures. Doest have a tow bar on it does it?
