Default Steering wheel shaking

Hey guys,
My steering wheel shakes like crazy on speeds above 45 miles/hour on my 03' A6.
So far replaced wheels and tires, both tie rods (inner and outer) - still the problem is there.
I put front in the air and tried to move wheels by hands (3-9, 6-12) - feel no play.
Where else I should look?

Control arm bushings or...wheel bearing(s).
Do you experience a noise too?

I don't hear any noises, except may be some humming sound when accelerating, but that noise is not loud I can't hear it when radio is on.
Is there a reliable way to diagnose wheel bearings and control arms?

CV boots are OK.
I have one more noise - sporadic clicking when turning steering wheel, it seems to be coming from front inside the car though. Can it be steering rack itself?
