My Sun roof started opening by itself. I turn the control to opn then close and it partially closes then opens full.

It appears there might be a load switch in the roof power train designed to trip when too much torque is required to close. Is this so?

Second. All summer coolant is fine. As soo as it gets really cold (20F) I get low coolant symbol and coolant is indeed low. I refill. Next year will happen again.

 

Update. ust rmeembered when drigin yesterday AM to Ann Arbor (drivers window still frozen shut which it does all the time as well as the doors in freezing weather), there was a big bang on the roof almost like something hit it. Then it opened. Wife was thinking sunroof was frozen shut and finally relased with a bang. Why it opened is unknown.
